Moving Forward with Hope… Coping with Life Alone

This 10-week, online series focuses on such topics as the grief process, changes in family and other relationships, trust, and coping with memories of your deceased spouse or dealing with your ex-spouse. It is designed to help individuals work through the trauma of losing their spouse, whether by divorce, separation or death.

Who Should Attend

Those grieving adults who are still in the early stages of their loss.

Time

Beginning Experience Coping is a 10-week,  online series, meeting on Monday nights from 6:30 to 8:30. 

Wounded Healers

The program is presented by a team of people who have suffered the loss of a marital relationship themselves and are willing to share their own experience to help others. These trained facilitators lead participants through a program of presentations, personal private reflection, and small group sharing. A sense of community develops in an atmosphere of care and concern that is a hallmark of each Beginning Experience program.

Cost

The fee  is $75, with $25 being a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Scholarships are available upon request.
